So we've made a slight improvement to preparing for spells for casters that still have to prepare for their spells in the traditional way. You can now make prebuilt lists of spells and prepare them all with one button press. The syntax is a little bit clunky, but I think the utility of the feature should more than make up for it. See help prepare in game for information on how it works.
Syntax: <prepare add listname classname spellname>
Syntax: <prepare remove listname classname spellname>
Syntax: <prepare delete listname classname>
Syntax: <prepare list listname classname>
Syntax: <prepare display listname classname>
Syntax: <prepare prepare listname classname>
The time to prepare the spells should be roughly the same as preparing them manually. |

Seems more complicated x_X
Can I just stick to two-letter aliases? |

also
Does it support multible spell preparations?
Eg: would 'prepare add healbot cleric cure light wounds times 3' work?
To answer Sierra.
The whole idea, is to not use alias's as I see it.
if you'd create the list as in my case called 'healbot'
You could assign all the spells to that list.
eg:*
prepare add healbot cleric cure light wounds
prepare add healbot cleric heal
prepare add healbot cleric regeneration
*
And so forth.
And when you have added all the spells to your list. All you'd need to do to prepare said spells, would be to type "prepare healbot"
This you could put on an alias, and then prepare all spells with 1 key
Plz correct me if I am wrong Ares |

You can do alias pre 'prepare add healbot cleric $*'
pre cure light wounds
which will add cure light wounds to your healbot list |

You could add the entire list of all of your spells and prepare all 200 (or however many) of them with just the one alias. And yeah, I'd recommend an alias for preparing your lists. You can also have different lists for different circumstances if you want them. Player kill vs monsters vs boss fights, etc.
And no, it doesn't support adding more than one spell at a time to the list. But since it's not like preparing spells, you only have to add them to the list the one time and you don't have to worry about adding them again.
The display feature brings up a list that looks very much like recall spells, to show you which spells of which level are in your list. |

This sounds very useful. Especially with shifting levels. 40 38 back to 40 down to 38 ect. _________________ PM me in the forum here when you want me on to RP or dungeon dive. I made a bug report but I think I'll post it here. For some reason the buff command queries the spell list for a spell with special cast strings both before and after casting. And if it doesn't find another copy of the spell memorized after casting it won't cast the other spells. _________________ PM me in the forum here when you want me on to RP or dungeon dive.
