General news:

OOCLY the world is in the middle of a deep winter. It is a huge issue
trying to code this across the game, so please RP appropriately based on
the RP information below.

The realm is having the worst winter in recent history. Crops are dying in
the strangest of place ranging from The Empire to Shadow. Deserts are
seeing snow for the first time and rumors swirl that Auril now walks the
realms.
