The game is dungeons and dragons, not taverns and shifters. Please remove shifters and instead have tokens appear at the end of dungeons. And to promote people going to as many dungeons as possible, make it so the only two or three dungeons at a time have tokens and that when the tokens are recovered a new bunch spawn in a different dungeon.

Or something like this.

As of today, we are based off of Taverns and Shifters, 1st edition.

It is likely that in a few years we will release 2nd edition, about 10 years later 3rd edition and then varying editions in .5 increments until people stop buying the manuals (and we laugh as we rake in the money).

Actually - the hope is to have a random area generator at some point in the near future - with the ability to have quests (with various rewards) attached to them. Hopefully tokens might be one of the possible rewards from completing one of these dungeons. And it is possible that shifters could serve the purpose of bosses in some of them.

However, with the changes to death and gear damage - and token gear being unable to be repaired - the idea is that it is more of a long term consumable - and hopefully this encourages people to get out and see more of the world. Though honestly a lot of people just enjoy the player interaction more than the world exploring (and I mean I personally enjoy the exploring, fighting, figuring out stuff more) but I respect those who don't or who are bored with it.
