It seems that events have thrown the realm into a dire situation. Rumor, strengthened by eyewitness accounts by numerous adventurers, claims that members of Talos’ church ignited the flames of an ancient anger.
Late in the morning of the 13th of Renewal, Seneca was laid to waste by dragonfire, as devastating as it was sudden, when the red wyrm known as Klauth descended on the city. The attack lasted mere minutes but claimed many lives, and since then he has been spotted along the coastline, lighting villages aflame, devouring ships whole, even going so far as to shatter the temple of some long-lost god. Such rage from the beast has not been witnessed for decades, and none can say when or if it will subside.
