I think there would be somewhat helpful if either visible to players though preferably visible or not if there was a page devoted to measuring an individual player's reknown, influence and power in various regions, organizations ect. To act as a short hand reference for how well a player is doing in shadowgate and the limits of what he can actually realistically do.

It's a system that's been pending for a couple years now but has had other projects get in the way - still fairly high priority (2nd on my list atm) but never quite been finished. You'll know once it's done Smile

Oh cool. I was thinking something simple like just a full list of all game factions known to the character and a note on where they stand. But sounds like you have something better. Smile

Heh. That'd be nice, but it takes a lotta learning. At the very least whenever I run short of ideas or get stuck on how to implement, you players usually come up with something good I can work with! Smile

Too bad there is no dull tedious grunt work level part of it you could push onto a willing assistant.
