Lore: Steel is most commonly worked by human smiths. Human craft lacks the depth of skill of the dwarves and the elegant beauty of the elves. But the Arms and Armor of a human mastersmith are made with a passionate love for their craft that even the dwarves may rarely match. This love and passion and the pouring of their soul into every piece they make, often grants their equipment a magical power all of its own. This is a known fact and has creates a lesser known religious conflict between the human smiths of the land. For although steel is blessed by Tempus, Passion is driven by Kossuth. And when it comes time to have the arms blessed it is common to see three priests called, A Grumbarite and either a Kossuth or a Tempusian Priest are called. For to call both would be to guarantee violence, but to call only one would be seen as an insult to the other.

Lore: The Hide of a Prismatic dragon is not easy to use, for it usually vanishes once removed from the world of dreams where Prismatic dragons live. To fashion armor from their hide, one must work it right there in Dream. And when finished it must then be summoned then bound to the natural world in a manner similar to how one would summon and bind a creature from Dream. But once done you have a material with many unique and wonderous traits.

Finally done with this set. Next will be silver and plain leather. But I think I'll do it all at once rather than piece meal so I'll have more consistency.

I don't think clothing aside from special materials is needed since, the game is awash with tailors selling mundane clothing.

If possible I would like to suggest an item set bonus to the prismatic hide, if someone has a full suit of prismatic dragonhide armor, (or lets say 5 items of it) they gain a once an hour use of the 'walk the planes' power, but where the plane they walk is Dream.

And maybe a chance of extra attack for followers of Tempus that wear the full suit of steel with the Tempusian helmet a required component.

Lore: Elven silverwork is reknown for its illustrous beauty, dwarven silverwork is known for its artistry. Halfling silverwork is known for making certain bad things dead. Halflings often find themselves in opposition to werecreatures, whether halfling thief guilds fighting off wererats in the sewers or halfling riverfolk fending off wearwolves attacking their sheep. Halflings have a need for silvered weapons and armors thats above the norm for most races. And so most of the best quility silvered arms for actual fighting is made courtesy of halfling whitesmiths. Either way the arms and armor of Selune Templars are traditionally forged with silver gilt and silver edges. Silver is also, some might say perveresely, a sacred metal of cyric. Most evil werecreatures prefer to worship cyric's token ally Malar. And it is rumored that the reason most priests of Cyric carry a silvered dagger, is so that they are prepared for the eventual and inevitable betrayal of Malar by Cyric. And lastly silver is a holy metal of Kelemvore, it is known that certain undead are also harmed by silver. Kelemvorites believe that the reason is because silver is a metal possessed of a natural duality, existing both in the natural world and in the spiritual. And that is why silver is able to harm werewolves so. Because of this belief, many cultures will bury their dead with a silver coin, believing that they will somehow be able to use it even in the next life. Silver is also the sacred metal of three deities, Cyric, Kelemvore and Selune. Some believe that its silver's association with the moon that grants it such about over werefolk others believe that it is its power over werefolk which has caused its association with the moon. People who actually portal into the afterlives and return, report back mixed findings on whether or not this is true.

Silver is also the sacred metal of three deities, Cyric, Kelemvore and Selune. Some believe that its silver's association with the moon that grants it such about over werefolk others believe that it is its power over werefolk which has caused its association with the moon. People who actually portal into the afterlives and return, report back mixed findings on whether or not this is true.

But by the strange craft of the elves, it does not. Each %^BOLD%^s%^RESET%^i%^BOLD%^lv%^RESET%^e%^BOLD%^r%^RESET%^ scale is tilted insuch a way as to create a ghostly image in the moonlight, the image changes as the angle of the light shifts. If one were to stand in the moonlight all night, one would see the full story of Aravaris Vineleaper and how she was transformed into a wearbat and willingly left to live isolated so as to avoid infecting more of her kind, how although she had left, her fellow elves never abandoned her and in secret kept away predators and others that would harm her. The story being shown ends with her death of old age after centuries and how her fellow elves collected her body and returned her to their village to ensure she was given the proper burial rites. And final image the armor will show before the moonlight a single word "Tel'Quessir".

And the chainmail has been forged together with the plate so there are no vulnerable rivets. A dwarven script on the inside blesses this armor in the name of Moradin and lists the name of the Dwarf Craftsman, his clan, his immediate ancestors, his most important distant ancestors and his stronghold. Surprisingly it also lists the ingredients necessary to replicate the alloy, "Take saltpeter, sulfur, and charcoal, mix it finely, then mix tiny bits of steel and silver into the powder. Then take a torch and touch it to the powder. You will then get what you deserve you thieving bastard."

Silver is also the sacred metal of three deities, Cyric, Kelemvore and Selune. Some believe that its silver's association with the moon that grants it such about over werefolk others believe that it is its power over werefolk which has caused its association with the moon. People who actually portal into the afterlives and return, report back mixed findings on whether or not this is true.

Lore: Kelemvorites believe that silver possesses a duel nature, being both physical and spiritual. Kelemvorite wizards studied the effects of silver on lycanthropes for many years trying to prove this theory. Their finds were declared to be quite startling and prompted them to start studying druids for a connection between their primal transformations and lycanthropy. No one is quite sure what they found out, as the faithful of Silvanus killed each and every last one of them for this insult and burned their libraries. But before this happened in order to maintain funding, the wizards released one of their discoveries to the temple of Kelemvore. It was a ritual to enchant silver greaves to grant lycanthropic regeneration to its wearers.
