Fellow SGers,

I'm looking for a few players to write a couple of things for me. We need descriptions for the 9 deities for divine weapons. I'd love to see if someone is willing to help and color code these. We also need some messages for 8 of the gods for Gods favor. If you'd like to help with one, mail me or respond here. I'd prefer Gods Favor be done first as it is a little easier to get done.

God's Favor requires the following deity messages:Nim, Krey, Callamir, Lysara, Varda, Faceless One, Lord Shadow, Kismet

Messages look like this.
tell player - message for person whom activates gods favor
tell room - room after activated
temple room - upon arrival of player
player message at temple -

Example:
tell player - Bob you feel the heat consume your body as burst into flames!
tell room - Bob bursts into flames and vanishing before your eyes.
Temple upon arrival: Bob appears before you dusting off someone small flames still burning about him.
Player Message at Temple : You pat out the fires with a chuckle.

Divine Weapons will need the following

obvious name: Iron Sword
short name : Tempus's toothpick
description

Hi,

I started writing up some of the weapons while I was doing the shields, but I did not get around to finish them before I had to go my computer hiatus. I am currently on a deadline in my freelance work, which I have to finish up before going on a two-week vacation to visit family. I will not be able to finish the weapons until sometime early September. Leaving the descriptions here, in case anyone would like to pick them up, color them, change them, add to them, rip them apart, whatever 😉

Nimnavanon:

Staff of Nature’s Touch

A living oak cudgel
This short staff looks as though it grew naturally from the trunk of an oak-tree. Twigs and vibrant leaves curve its way along the knotted branch, alive with nature’s radiance. The handle is naturally shaped to provide an excellent grip without chafing. When wielded, leaves twist around the hand for further protection, while all along the shaft, twigs curl upwards into the unison form of a sturdy cudgel. Upon the handle, just above the grip, is carved the image of a a wolf's pawprint upon a circle of grass.

Varda:

Axe of Raging Battle

A pulsating serrated axe

This battle axe was crafted from one single unit of iron, its seamless form broken only by the red dragon hide that coats the grip. Atop a sleek handle, the head of the axe forms into the shape of a wolf’s visage, its bloodstone eyes gleaming ferociously. From the wolf’s jaw, the edge tapers out into a razor-sharp, viciously serrated edge. The perfectly balanced instrument of war is polished to a sheen and soaked in the blood of its enemies. The rusty red substance has seeped into the iron and pulsates throughout the battle axe with the rhythm of war.

For Kismet:

tell player - (Bob) you feel a slight headache come on as wisdom of the ages floods your mind.
tell room - (Bob) rubs his temples briefly
temple room - (Bob) appears to be locked in deep contemplation
player message at temple - You break (Bob)'s contemplation

obvious name: Mithril Dagger
short name : The Pen
description : As the saying goes the Pen is often mightier than the sword and that stands true for this small dagger which can also double as a writing instrument. The Pen looks plain enough with the pommel acting as a cap to cover the ball point and the small lethally sharp blade acting as the body of the Pen. There is no cross guard so once sheathed the Pen looks just like any other normal pen and it was crafted from the finest quality mithril.
